An area of great wealth, the Bordeaux region is considered the showcase of the greatest wines in the world. To the north, Cognac offers an equally prestigious identity for the development of brandies. To the east Périgord boasts a beautiful landscape and gastronomic culture.
To the south, Pau and the vineyards of Madiran are no longer in the shadow of the Girondine capital and produce wines of a “magical” terroir. To the west, the Gulf Stream that drifts by the Atlantic coast brings plankton to offer the best ecological habitat for oyster farming. These are the regions that I propose to discover with you.
